----There are Departure Enquiry stations in the departure hall and the domestic departure lounge. They provide passengers with information about flight information, boarding procedures and other flight-taking information. You can also go there to request a broadcast to search for persons or goods.

--- A Domestic Departure VIP Lounge and an International Departure VIP Lounge are available for servicing domestic and foreign VIPs entering or exiting Fuzhou International Airport.
----Service items include: shuttle bus to receive and send VIPs to and from the plane, beverages, newspapers, magazines, flight information, check-in and onward transport formality handling, security check for VIPs and their carry-on baggage.

---- The domestic First-Class Lounge is located at the No. 9 and No. 10 boarding gates; the international lounge is at the international departure hall, third floor. ¡¡¡¡Disable, ill or elderly passengers can apply for wheelchair service when checking in. With the approval of the carrier, an assistant will provide the passenger with a wheelchair at the check-in counter and handle the check-in and airport fee formalities for him or her. Passengers in wheelchairs go through a special designated security check channel to the boarding lounge. They will receive special care and service both during the boarding process and at the destination airport, which comforts the passengers and eases the minds of their relatives and friends.

---- ¡ö Unaccompanied Minor and Elderly Passengers---------------------->> Back
¡¡¡¡Unaccompanied children older than two and younger than 12 years of age, and aged passengers traveling by themselves can request special assistance at the check-in counter. An assistant will usher such passengers to board their flights. The assisted passengers will be met upon arrival at their destination by an agent and brought to relatives or friends waiting in the Arrival Hall.

¡¡ More than 600 baggage trolleys can be found at the entrance of the departure hall and around the escalators in the arrival hall. They can only be used inside the terminal and in the parking lot.

¡¡ Parking rates in the above-ground parking lot are as follows: 8 RMB for the first hour; above one hour: 2RMB per 30 minutes up to a 24 hour maximum of 50RMB.
¡¡ A 24-hour, all-weather parking service is provided for overnight parking. The rate is 40RMB per day for coaches (12 seats or above), and 30RMB per day for vehicles with fewer than 12 seats.

¡¡Public phone service is provided at the departure hall, the arrival hall and the restricted area. IC, IP and pre-paid cards for mobile phones are available there.

¡¡ There are smoking rooms in the domestic and the international departure halls. Smoking is prohibited except in these areas.

¡¡ A Bank of China station is located in the international departure hall, in which currency can be exchanged. ATMs of Bank of China, the Industrial Bank and the Construction Bank are located in the areas between the domestic and the international departure halls.

¡¡ On the left side of No. 8 boarding gate, there is a GoTone Membership Club. GoTone VIPs can surf the net, have their mobile phones charged and enjoy a drink. Other mobile phone related services are provided there.

¡¡ The hotel and travel service counter is located in the domestic arrival hall. It provides information about hotels and travel agencies to the passengers.
